The development, designed by @nplusbdesign, consisted of 10 new 2 bed,2 bath, single garage dwellings and a renovation of the existing 2 bed, 1 bath cottage. Thanks to the amazing team @jdr_homes and all of their amazing subbies who pushed hard to have the project completed for settlement.
