Brooklyn Bradley is a boutique property developer based in Launceston Tasmania, developing in the north and northwest of our beautiful island home.
We specialise in urban in-fill developments. We look to acquire sites in established suburbs, then design homes that are sympathetic to the site and the suburb. This strategy prevents urban sprawl and puts people closer to where they want to live - near amenity.
Townhouse, villa and unit developments are our forte, whilst we are currently paving a new niche in the higher density, communal living space with completion of our 20 Alberta Street, 7 room communal residence in January 2022.
director - BRad Reeves
Born from a desire to get the feet out from underneath the desk and learn which end of a hammer is which, our director Brad embarked on his first property development in 2014. A Business Executive with 16 years experience, he wasn’t satisfied with a simple single dwelling project - instead deciding that a 3 dwelling development (renovation and two new builds) was more appropriate. Completing the designs and much of the renovation himself (as he did for projects 2, 3 and 4 also), Brad acquired practical construction skills. This, along with his professional acumen in engineering and project management has enabled Brooklyn Bradley to scale to 36 dwelling construction starts in 2022.
