Over the past months we’ve been working with Honed Architecture and Design to create something special for our Galvin Street site - and we’re excited about the result!

The development includes a modern extension to the existing dwelling incorporating open plan living, dining and lounge, while using the existing footprint to house 3 large bedrooms, an ensuite off the master, bathroom and European laundry. The living area opens out to a north facing deck and private open space. The facade will be restored to its former glory keeping the cottage feel.

At the north of the lot will be a modern three bed, 2.5 bath double garage townhouse spread over 215m2. Externally the home will comprise a mixture of white brick and weather board, while the wow factor internally will surely be the two storey void over the living area.
