22 on Alberta is a 7 dwelling development located in Latrobe, Tasmania. The development consists of 6 new dwellings that share 2 different floorplans and a full renovation of the existing home.

The brief to Nick from N+B design, was to deliver a scandi barn style external aesthetic, which he really nailed with the gabled ends, timber soffits, and monochrome colour pallete. For the build we partnered with Ulverstone based builder, JDR Homes.

We are super proud of this development and are so happy to bring a new offering to Latrobe. Josh and his team at JDR Homes did a fantastic job bringing the project to life.

We hope that the new owners enjoy living in the homes as much as we did creating them.
